CNFA established the Agribusiness Volunteer Program (AVP) in 1993 with support from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). This program provides the expertise of experienced U.S. farmers and agribusiness professionals to their colleagues in Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia and South Africa. Since 1993, CNFA volunteers have aided the creation of regional farmer associations, farmer cooperatives, agribusiness, and assisted groups of farmers with improved crop and livestock production practices.
We are constantly looking
for people who specialize in a wide variety of areas related to agriculture such
as production, processing, cooperative development marketing, financial
management, sales and many more. Assignments range from hog production to strategic management
of a cooperative.
